1. Program Description
AH-CHOO! Indoor Air Quality operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding air duct cleaning, mold remediation, indoor air quality inspections, scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers. By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from us.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, including appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier SMS and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. AH-CHOO! Indoor Air Quality is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After receiving your STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Your mobile phone number will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It is used solely to facilitate service communications related to AH-CHOO! Indoor Air Quality.

AH-CHOO! Indoor Air Quality serves Houston TX, Austin TX, San Antonio TX, and South Louisiana. SMS communications are limited to customers in our active service areas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Customers enroll only by completing the public AH-CHOO! booking form and actively checking the unchecked SMS consent box before submission. By checking that box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from AH-CHOO! Indoor Air Quality Specialists concerning your inspection, estimate, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, reminders, and service inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use purchased lists or send cold, unsolicited prospecting texts.
You must be at least 18 years old, be the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and have authority to consent to text messages at that number.

Our collection and use of personal and mobile information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
13. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
